2 week update

Hiya all! I am going to post below my daily weigh-ins, but can happily report that I have remained within the 2 lb limit from my new default weight...Gotta admit that low carb isnt really my thing, but Ive only got 1 week left and so far so good...I dunno how this has affected anything, but Ive also incorporated a cleanse during this period, which has me on 3 or 4 supplements and not eating eggs or any fruit except green apples, so that may factor in somewhat, but mostly has made this phase a little more difficult than it would be normally (I was miserable for 2 days when I ran out of my green apples;P)...but so happy to eat cheese, nuts, and not need weigh my meat, though I felt I was hungry for more and more often during this Phase that the previous Phase...definitely looking forward to the next Phase where I can slowly incorporate carbs back into my diet for 3 weeks, before beginning a new HCG course...so , anyhoo, heres the weigh ins:

6/15 149.4 (started my period)

So definitely some fluctuations, especially the first few days, as I was going crazy w/ all the new foods I could eat, as well as when I started my period, but daily weigh-ins have definitely been a bonus as they keep you aware, and varying the foods you eat is also very helpful...so thats about it for now, I will update again in about a week or so...
