Sorry no update yesterday, worked all day - came home feeling flu-ish, slept like a baby for 2 hours, got up, ate dinner, back to bed until 10 this morning, still not feeling that great, but heres the update:
Wed 6/3 Weigh In: 152.0 (.6 lb GAIN) - so very depressing yesterday
Thur 6/4 Weigh In: 150.0 (2.0 lb loss) - may have something to do with being sick and not eating much protein yesterday, stuck w/ breadsticks and fruit mostly
Total Loss: 16.6 lbs
*also, made an amazing chili on Tuesday, will post recipe sometime in the next couple of days
