Starting the weekend off great...

Still feeling really good...tons of energy...not hungry, am so over chicken, eating more seafood and steak instead...looking forward to the long weekend...

Weigh In: 155.6 (.4 lb loss)

Dinner Menu - Fish

Great Fish Recipe from a friend (thanks Teri!):

A great fillet of fish, spray the fish with liquid aminos, and throw on some "slap ya momma" seasoning(basically garlic, cayenne, salt, pepper, etc.)...top with asparagus, a couple lemon slices. Put it in parchment paper, and bake altogether.
